MARROW CELLUTION™ 8C
The MARROW CELLUTION™ 8C Bone Marrow Aspiration and Cancellous Bone Harvesting System combines high-quality bone marrow aspiration with percutaneous harvesting of cancellous bone autograft. Harvesting intact cancellous bone cores without disrupting the vascularised, organised tissue is superior to transplanting small, fragmented bone particles. The highly active cellular composition of MARROW CELLUTION™ aspirate, combined with percutaneously harvested bone cores, provides a highly active graft material without the associated morbidity. MARROW CELLUTION™ 8C allows high-quality bone marrow aspirate to be combined with percutaneously harvested cancellous bone autograft. Produces autologous cancellous bone graft material with osteoconductive, osteoinductive and osteogenic properties. Minimally invasive cancellous bone tissue harvesting technique. The harvested percutaneous bone graft can be combined with allogeneic, autologous or synthetic bone particles hydrated with MARROW CELLUTION™ aspirate.
MARROW CELLUTION™
The MARROW CELLUTION™ 11C System is a next-generation bone marrow access and harvesting device that maximises stem and progenitor cell recovery while minimising excessive peripheral blood aspiration. It eliminates the need for centrifugation and/or chemical separation. With the tip of the aspiration cannula closed, the device accesses only laterally collected aspirate flow, allowing bone marrow to be collected perpendicular to and around the entry channel. This optimises cell yield from a single entry point. Maximises Cell Yield Reduces unnecessary blood draw Never Leaves the Sterile Field and No Centrifugation Required Reduces Donor Site Morbidity, Minimally Invasive Threaded guide: Provides controlled movement of the aspiration cannula within the marrow space. Closed cannula tip: Directs the flow of aspirated fluid laterally, performing bone marrow aspiration perpendicular to and around the entry channel and preventing excessive peripheral blood infiltration.
CER-ORTHO-M
The CER-ORTHO-M device incorporates a patented technology that limits peripheral blood dilution and eliminates the need for centrifugation. Its length provides ergonomic access to the iliac crest, and it can be advanced manually or with the aid of a mallet. The device uses the patented Marrow Cellution™ technology to limit peripheral blood dilution and eliminate the need for centrifugation. With the tip of the aspiration cannula closed, the device accesses only laterally collected aspirate flow, allowing bone marrow to be collected perpendicular to and around the entry channel created by the device. It includes technology to precisely reposition the cannula within the marrow space after each aspiration. This device is typically used together with the CER-BN-84 bone dowel harvesting device and bone graft granules. Combining bone marrow aspirate with autogenous bone and a graft extender allows clinicians to fill bone defects using the patient's own cells as the engine of bone healing. Together, the three provide cells, signals and a scaffold: the building blocks of bone repair.
CER-LA-M
The CER-LA device incorporates a patented technology that limits peripheral blood dilution and eliminates the need for centrifugation. Its length provides ergonomic access to the deeper regions required in minimally invasive spinal procedures. The T-shaped handle allows the CER-LA-M to be advanced manually or with the aid of a mallet. This device is typically used together with the CER-BN-116 bone dowel harvesting device and bone graft granules. Combining bone marrow aspirate with autogenous bone and a graft extender allows clinicians to fill bone defects using the patient's own cells as the engine of bone healing. Together, the three provide cells, signals and a scaffold: the building blocks of bone repair.
CER-LA
The CER-LA device incorporates a patented technology that limits peripheral blood dilution and eliminates the need for centrifugation. Its length provides ergonomic access to the deeper regions required in minimally invasive spinal procedures. The K-wire stylet allows two access methods. First, the K-wire adapter allows the needle to be advanced with a mallet. Second, the K-wire can be used with both manual and powered standard operating-room drills. This device is typically used together with the CER-BN-116 bone dowel harvesting device and bone graft granules. The combination of the three (cells, signals and scaffold) allows bone defects to be filled rapidly, using the patient's own cells as the engine.
CER-EXT
CER-EXT has an ideal profile for use in the bones of the extremities. The K-wire is used with both manual and powered standard operating-room drills. Enhanced stylet and cannula tip features make it easier to penetrate harder cortical bone, including the distal tibia. Its shorter length is ergonomically suited to working in the extremities, and it incorporates a patented technology that limits peripheral blood dilution and eliminates the need for centrifugation. This device is typically used together with the CER-BN-116 bone dowel harvesting device and bone graft granules. Combining bone marrow aspirate with autogenous bone and a graft extender allows clinicians to repair bone defects using the patient's own cells as the engine of bone healing.
RAN-11
The Ranfac RAN-11 Bone Marrow Aspiration Needle Series is designed specifically for bone marrow aspiration. They are compact, self-contained 11 gauge "J"-type bone marrow aspiration needles, with or without side ports in the needle shaft, that facilitate autologous bone marrow aspiration across a wider area of the marrow cavity. Multi-port aspiration: Side ports in the needle shaft facilitate bone marrow aspiration over a larger surface area. 3-sided, serrated stylet tip: Reduces the force required to penetrate dense cortical bone. 1 cm etched markings: Indicate drilling depth for added safety; a bold line at 5 cm and a double line at 10 cm. Ergonomically designed handle: Minimises hand and arm fatigue. Luer-lock connector: Secures the syringe firmly to the handle.

Cervo Hydrogel™
Cervo Hydrogel™ Biopolymer 3D + HA System Kit is a 100% synthetic polymer designed to provide joint elasticity and resilience in all joints affected by osteoarthritis. With injections, joint replacement surgery can be postponed or avoided. Cartilage Protection When injected into a joint, Cervo Hydrogel Biopolymer completely coats the joint surfaces and synovial membrane with a therapeutic lubricating gel layer. The hydrogel layer creates a shock-absorbing effect that cushions the mechanical load on the joint, helping to preserve cartilage integrity and halt further cartilage destruction. Separation of Rubbing Surfaces & Synovial Fluid Restoration As the viscosity of the synovial fluid is restored, the joint space widens and the contacting surfaces of the affected joint are physically separated. Friction is reduced, mechanically protecting the articular cartilage and eliminating the continuous irritating factors that cause pain and inflammation. Its viscosity properties are close to those of normal synovial (joint) fluid. 100% Synthetic and Long-Lasting Effect Cervo Hydrogel 3D Biopolymer is highly biocompatible with human tissue and strictly synthetic. It contains no substances of animal origin. Its effects are felt immediately after the first injection, and the duration of clinical outcome is at least 5 times longer than other resorbable preparations (2 to 8 years of effect). Molecular Weight of 14,000,000 Daltons Clinical Outcome Lasts at Least 5 Times Longer than Other Preparations Contains No Substances of Animal Origin (Synthetic) Postpones or Prevents Joint Replacement Surgery
Cervocell™
Cervocell™ (ECM) gel is a heterogeneous implantable gel composition, a bio-artificial extracellular matrix intended to maximise regeneration of damaged tissue and recovery of lost function. It is an innovative biomaterial developed for orthopaedic and traumatology applications. Extracellular Matrix (ECM) Biomimetic Structure Cervocell (ECM) gel practically completely mimics the content of the extracellular matrix, offering a microenvironment for cell proliferation and ECM-like differentiation, and stimulates regeneration of damaged tissue. It contains both the basic ECM components and the growth factors required for the activity of surrounding cells. Indications for Use Treatment of grade I–II osteoarthrosis of degenerative-dystrophic or traumatic origin of the knee, coxofemoral, ulnar, brachial, talocrural and other joints.
